The beginning of the day is critical to getting started on a good foot. Wake up early and refreshed and do the heavy lifting when you first get up. I am my sharpest early in the morning before everyone else wakes up. If possible, exercise or go for a short walk before daybreak and watch the sun rise. Today’s A New Day!
