Eat right, exercise, and meditate. I am maintaining my weight and managing my chronic condition, but making time for strenuous exercise is a juggling act. There are always things competing for my time.

I want to get back into boxing training, since hitting the heavy bag is as much of a mental workout as it is a physical one.
