One Night In Miami

I had a private screening of the movie. This was not my intention, but the theater was empty. I experienced so much pride watching this fictional depiction of what might have transpired between four friends on the night of February 25, 1964.

Just what I needed going into the weekend before Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday observance on January 18.

Regina King did a super job in directing the movie which seems to pull the best out of the characters. Each character carries the weight of the movement in their own way.
