Trust Is Built By Engaging Everyone (T.I.B.B.E.E.) is a new model of asset based community development that I am working on as a passion project. The three pillars of the model include triple bottom line goals, profit sharing, and business development.
Every community has assets that can serve as a catalyst for growth. Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) looks to discover and leverage those assets.
The goal is produce measurable and repeatable outcomes that are sustainable for communities challenged with aging infrastructure, an aging population, and limited employment opportunities.
