The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.
A draft Supreme Court opinion was leaked and published this week without a key part of the record: the dissenting opinion.
Supreme Court decisions are usually released with dissenting opinions from other justices that attempt to rebut the majority’s arguments.
